What we do.
We at AutoMate developed a program to generate pre-qualified leads and booked appointments for car dealerships and other parties active in the automotive industry.
We make sure that those leads can actually afford your service and that you will be able to call those leads within 6 seconds after they are acquired. We do this to make sure that you can call the lead as fast as possible because calling leads within 5 to 10 minutes increases the chance of conversion considerably.
We qualify the leads by sending them to a custom made, unique landing page with your own branding and your own personal preferences. We will do this through our (credit) application form.
All the requirements for the application form will be set with the client by looking at their ideal customer. At this point, the lead has put in a lot of effort and is very serious and interested in making a purchase.
The AutoMate dashboard is where you can see how many leads came in so far, how many prospects are in each part of the pipeline and the current total value of your pipeline.

What seperates us from the rest?
Unlike many other online marketing agencies, we work on a commission base. We think it is unreasonable to charge $5,000-$20,000 upfront, especially since no results have been delivered yet. Also, every client has a different situation and budget.
We only charge a small commission fee when the lead that we provided is actually closed. Because of this, we really want the leads to convert into a client. It keeps us motivated as well.
Therefore, we also provide a service where we set the appointment for you. We make sure that the leads are being called to set an appointment. Some of our clients like to do this themselves and have the time for it, others prefer to let us take care of it.
The decision is yours to make, but we want to make sure that the leads are followed up with. Generating a lead is only half the job in the end, the actual customer is in the follow up!

We started AutoMate because we think the "traditional way" of generating leads in this industry, just letting anyone with a pulse sign an application, is a complete waste of time and especially money.
We work in a small team based in The Netherlands, this means we are on top of things and basically work while you sleep.
We have a lot of knowledge, expertise and experience in the North American automotive industry after almost 1,5 years of working with clients in this field.
